Pulse is a monthly publication covering everything health and fitness from a local perspective. This publication from the Herald-Journal offers important information, inspiring stories and useful tips to help Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union county residents lead a more happy, healthy life. In every issue of Pulse, you will find profiles of local doctors and medical professionals, information on new medical technology available in the Upstate, fitness and exercise tips and much more!

This full-color tabloid is published the second Wednesday of every month and inserted in the Herald-Journal. In addition, stacks of Pulse are also delivered to local hospitals, doctor's offices, fitness centers, restaurants and other high-traffic locations throughout the area.
